Oumar Sagna & Sindoolaa performed live on the air from the WMSE studios on the Tuesday, September 6th edition of Local/Live. A native of Senegal, Oumar is now a teacher living in Milwaukee. He brought his nine-piece Sindoolaa band in to the station for an amazing performance, featuring such Milwaukee musicians as Joe Wong, Roman Edrishinghe, Thacher Schmid, Didier Laplae, and many other recognizable names and faces. Hear their performance of "Katoma" on the new "Live at WMSE Volume 8" CD.
